Job role requirements: Post graduate or graduate from Management background with 6 months or 1 year of experience in B2B sales / business development in retail outlets for e-commerce platforms.
Strong sales and account management skills.
Ability to make formal and informal presentation to clients.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
What you will do: The goal of a Business Development Manager is to generate a lead, qualify it through opportunity discovery, set a face-to-face appointment, submit a proposal and follow through until the deal is closed as won. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the revenue from existing customers while attracting new ones by way of client acquisition and penetration.
You will engage with the top-level executives of the developers/contractors in the industry to generate leads through product presentation/demos and effectively communicate the product.
