Job Description

Responsibilities:

Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

Crafting business proposals and delivering pitches to draw in more revenue from clients.

Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Develop new sales strategies and models and evaluate their effectiveness.

Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our products remain relevant.

Research and identify new market opportunities.

Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.

Requirement:

Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

Extensive sales experience.

Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

Professional yet affable disposition.

Great networking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

Emboldened by challenges.

Open to travel and attend meetings with existing and prospective clients and vendors.

Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Experience in project management and/or sales.

Knowledge of productivity tools and software ., Microsoft Office among others.

High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.

Work well with senior management and provide relevant sales statistics for the growth of the company.
