We are building startup team and looking for an BDE to join our team. The candidate should have experience in online bidding and have a proven record to generate business for Web Development and seo services.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Generating business leads through online freelancing portals like #Upwork, #PPH, #Freelancer, etc.

* Must have knowledge of generating business through email marketing and #LinkedIn.

* Online bidding for Web Development services and mobile app development services .

* Handling projects and coordinating with the team

* Responsible for Online Bidding, Follow-Ups, Competition Analysis, Discussion with Offshore Clients.

* Discuss the requirements with the client over the call.

* Following Up Clients Continuously and Responding to Client Inquiries.

* Proposal Writing, and Requirement Gathering.

* Managing Cost & Time Negotiations with the clients and successfully converting Leads.

* Achieving Business Targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Must have good communication and writing skills.

* Must be able to work in a team or independently.

* Experience in proposal writing

* Practical knowledge of bidding portals like - Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, etc.

* Must have experience in Lead conversion and client chat.

* Should possess good technical knowledge.
