We are recruiting potential & deserving candidates for the post of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance- Business Development & Sales Executive. This is a training internship cum employment opportunity after achieving this only the candidates will be hired based upon their performance.

(Work From Home Profile- RPD Channel)

Candidates Requirements-

1. Should have PAN, Adhar, 12th & Higher Marksheets (Mandatory)

2. Should know how to apply Zoom Meeting App/ Microsoft Teams App

3. Should have the potential to fulfil just a One-Time sales target of 6 policies of Rs. /- yearly premium amount each from their known Contacts (Friends, Family, Relatives)

4. Should have proper internet and network connection

5. Should have the ability to work as a Team Leader

Process and Job responsibilities:

✔ Complete Online Theoretical Training

✔ Clear IRDAI Govt. Exam (Exam Fees Rs. 585/-)

✔ Go through Management Practical Training (One-Time sales part included)

✔ Recruit Candidates & Build your Team

✔ Get Promoted and come under Fixed Payroll

Theoratical Training Hour- 2-3 hour daily (7-10 days)

Practical Training- 2-3 months maximum ( depends upon candidate's performance)

Sat- Half-Day & Sunday - Off

During training- Incentives based upon sales

Salary after Promotion - (Fixed+ Allowance)+ Incentives + PF + ESI + Gratuity
