Job Summary
We are seeking Business Development Executives to join our growing team and be responsible for our business expansion efforts, playing a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Also, as part of the Business Development team, the individual in this role will contribute to the continued growth and success of Eccentric Clinical Research by offering high levels of customer support to existing clients.
Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries, developing a targeted prospect list.
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers and develop in-depth knowledge of their organization and needs.
• Achieve sale targets for assigned customers.
• Collaborate with internal staff regarding the development and procurement of proposals.
• Conduct presentations to showcase our CRO services and capabilities.
Qualifications
• Pharm D/ M. Pharm/ B. Pharm / bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration
• At least more than 01 or above years of previous experience in CRO Operations.
• Ability to recognize the needs of the customer and collaborate with internal stakeholders to exceed customer expectations.
• Must be reliable, highly motivated, well-organized, results-oriented, customer-focused, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
