Key Responsibilities:-
Responsible for achieving growth and hit the sales targets as set for US and other geographies Such as UK.
Hire, build, manage sales team, and aggressively hunt for new business.
Manage a pipeline of opportunities from own network as well as companys lead generation
activities.
Conduct periodic reviews to achieve revenue targets.
Build and fast target-driven approach for pre-sales, marketing, and sales function, setting a
unified direction to ensure priorities are always clear.
Recommend continual improvements that outline the changes needed to transform the
organization into a sales-driven environment.
