Job Description – Sales Associate
? Undertake sales/business development campaigns in varied time shifts (UK/US)
? Bulk and cold calling for customer acquisition.
? Conduct telephonic follow-ups to either set up a detailed call or meeting with senior stakeholders. Also make initial pitch about Alchemy’s service offerings and value proposition
? Develop thorough understanding of Alchemy’s products and services for prospective clients.
? Proactive role in generating leads in line with revenue targets to support Alchemy’s growth objectives.
Key Requirements
? Preferably a postgraduate in business or related discipline
? Experience ranging - years.
? Experience in international calls, preferably in an IT/ITES environment such as BPO, KPO, etc
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Prepare campaign collaterals such as campaign email, sample deliverables and company factpack.
? Take independent charge in seeking opportunities.
? Maintain clear and comprehensive management information reports for periodic reviews and status updates.
? Team player, given the close co-ordination with senior stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ?15, - ?20, gross salary per month. Additionally, there is a variable pay component at the end of every financial year depending on the candidate’s performance during that FY. This could amount to 8-12% of annual CTC.
