To understand Client brief and requirements and decode it
To maximise every sales opportunity along with up sales, lateral sales
To attend client meetings with sales team and giving presentations
To look out for potential clients on board
On Boarding new clients
Fixing appointments with new clients and conducting meeting
Assisting the team with the queries they have generated and providing right strategic solution in respect to events , activation and exhibit solutions
To make presentations
To brainstorm with the team for creative solutions
To coordinate with operations team for smooth functionality of projects
Reporting to the top management about day to day team progress and creating weekly and monthly projections and reports
Providing creative and strategic solution for events, experiential , exhibit and other related services
To assist other members of the team and work alongside the projects and product development teams to ensure smooth delivery
Your role will include taking event briefs from clients, providing solutions by writing proposals and building client relationships.
The candidate must have similar Industry Background and in-depth knowledge of the industry. You will be required to have the intellectual capability and knowledge to develop credible, client focused and solution based approaches to client briefs. You will be well organised, creative, outgoing and happy to work as part of a small team and on your own. You will enjoy talking to people, and will have excellent customer service skills. A lively personality and professional outlook is essential as is a willingness to learn and a desire to succeed. You will be able to work in a calm and organised manner when under the pressure of tight deadlines and clients demands, with a desire to go the extra mile. Able to build internal and external relationships. Highly motivated and driven by targets. Knowledge of Venues. IT literate. Persuasive and able to sell an idea with natural negotiation.
