We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand
our business. You will be the front of the company and should have the dedication to create and
apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting
sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities
· Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
· Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
· Equipping yourself with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
· Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
· Capable of handling the entire sales cycle end to end, leading to closures.
Required Skills and Mindset
· Strong interpersonal skills (deck preparation, pitching and negotiation)
· Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
· Ability to generate revenue by suggesting suitable products or services.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PAY-SCALE DETAILS
· SALARY-10,000 INR DURING PROBATION PERIOD
· AFTER PROBATION PERIOD 16,000 INR + Incentives on clients product premiums.
REIMBURSEMENT
· TELECOM & INTERNET BILL WILL BE PROVIDED BY COMPANY.
· SYSTEM WILL BE PROVIDED BY COMPANY.
