Job Description

Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We're searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for the Company.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Very strong communication skills, Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Experienced in generating leads with different bidding sites - Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.

Experienced in handling prospective international clients

Experience in online bidding and negotiations.

Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.

Candidate should have excellent verbal & written communication skills

Comfortable to interact with overseas clients over phone / etc

Sincere, Result Oriented, Hard Worker and positive attitude, Strong presentation skills.

Well rounded awareness of web and app development (you don't need to be a coder)

Ability to liaise with project managers and technical team leaders

Should be punctual, open-minded & focused.

Capable to work individually with minimal guidance

Qualifications and Skills:

Must have sales Background Experience

Must have experience in bidding / working on online portals/marketplaces like Upwork / Freelancer / Guru / PPH

Must have worked with international clients

Fluent in English (written and spoke)

Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.

Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

Research and identify new market opportunities.

Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.

Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

Experience:

Client retention, lead generation: minimum 1-3 years (Preferred)

Lead generation through Bidding: minimum 1-3 years (Preferred)
