Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy
Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
Finding and following new sales leads
Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
Build strong relationships with clients
Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers
Build strong relationships with industry professionals, clients and vendors
Researching the market and industry trends
Must be thorough in sales process cycle
Passion to learn new technologies
Ability to generate leads, cold calls and prospect identification
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas and targets consistently
Develop a strong pipeline with qualified opportunities and be able to forecast sales numbers on a weekly/monthly basis
Update CRM with all opportunities and maintain enquiry tracker, opportunity tracker, sales reports, etc.
Required Skills:
Experience in sales of IT software products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable in team-player role
Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
Experienced at preparing and presenting Proposal
