Requirements:

Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ongoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes

Good communication skill, Fluent in English.

Intercept and respond to customer complaints or concerns with products and seek to resolve the problem while adhering to company policy.

Qualification: Minimum Graduation qualification is a must.

Note: This is not an online job. Employees will have to report to the office. Office time from 9 Am To 5 PM.
