2. Territory mapping with market segmentation for selling the Banking & Insurance products.
3. Obtain business of Crop insurance through banks (Loanee Farmers) and direct (Non-Loanee).
4. Visiting Govt offices, Banks branches on regular basis for Crop & other Loans new file creation & settlement.
5. Approaching to Non Loanee Farmers for Crop Insurance.
6. Liaison with Local Agriculture dept & other administrative office for propagating Banking , Insurance and Crop Insurance Scheme in the district.
7. Preparation of groundwork for establishment of new relationships with Govt. departments, NGOs & Cooperative societies for selling Banking & Insurance Product.
8. Ensuring submission of daily work plan and MIS reports to senior as per requirement.
9. Selling and distribution of Rural insurance (Health and Life) products directly in the Rural Market.
10. Achieve assigned targets for Banking & Insurance Product.
11. Attending sales seminars, sales meeting, educational activities to stay updated on the latest developments, trends, regulations in the market place for Banking & Insurance product.
