Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Bangalore Branch
Responsibilities:
Drive sales and achieve targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Provide exceptional customer service
Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
Prepare and present reports on sales activities and results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
Attend trade shows and events to promote the company's products
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, and target achievement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
High level of motivation and determination to succeed
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Salary:
Basic salary of INR 12,000 for the first 3 months (training period)
After the training period, salary hike is based on performance
Good incentives based on sales performance
Note: This position is open to both male and female candidates. The ideal candidate should be interested in travelling and possess good conduct and excellent communication skills.
The base salary of 15,000 is offered to individuals who are new to the field and do not have any prior work experience. However, if the candidate possesses exceptional sales closing skills and has a significant amount of work experience, the salary may vary and be adjusted accordingly. This means that the compensation package will be evaluated based on the candidate's level of expertise and skill set.
