Business Development Executive - Personal Loan
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join SIB Operations and Services Ltd (SIBOSL), a subsidiary of The South Indian Bank.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for home loan products.
The candidate will be on the roll of SIBOSL but will work with our client in their offices and branches. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the home loan market.
Candidates with experience in sales & marketing or customer relationship/customer service, in home loan, housing finance, affordable housing finance in Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Builders, Housing Construction Company, Flats / Apartments Projects, Villa Projects, DSA, DST, and other similar companies are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with experience as home loan advisers and connectors with consultancy services in real estate agencies, brokers may also apply.

Responsibilities
1. Identify and prospect potential customers for home loans through various channels such as branches of South Indian Bank, leads, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
2. Conduct thorough market research to identify target segments and develop strategies to penetrate the home loan market effectively.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, providing them with comprehensive information about home loan products and assisting them throughout the application process.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful home loan applications.
5. Conduct presentations / meetings to educate potential clients about the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
