We are looking for candidates who have core sales experience and team management of 3 to 7 Yrs
in B2B sales.
Duties and responsibilities
Sales strategy Development and implementation to achieve growth and hit sales targets
Acquisition of New Business and Retention of Existing Business
Keep a tab on new product and services in the market
Recruit, train and coach (development) sales team
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Set sales targets and motivate sales team
Prepare and present periodic sales reports
Responsible for day to day activities of your team
Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole
Help in smooth running and managing the team
Delegate authority and responsibility to the sales team
You must meet your targets as agreed with your reporting official
Skills, qualifications and Experience
He/ She should have experience in Ad sales/IT Product/services Selling
Successful previous experience as a sales manager/ senior sales manager, consistently meeting or
exceeding targets
Good in both Verbal and Written communication in English and regional language.
You should have Leadership and motivation skills
You should be Customer service oriented
You should have good Computer skill word, Excel, Power point presentation
You should have skill to generate the leads
You should be graduate and having a professional qualification in sales and marketing from one of
the premium institute desirable not compulsory
