Experience : 2- 3 Years Experience in INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION PRODUCTS like PLC, HMI, VFD, SERVO MOTORS & DRIVES, SMPS, SENSORS, CNC, ROBOTS, WIRES & CABLES, SAFETY PRODUCTS LIKE LIGHT CURTAINS, SAFETY PLC, MAT, EDGE, INDUSTRIAL FENCING, Relays, Switchgears & Motors etc

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Building strategies. Knowledge of SEO services/Digital marketing and experience in the same. Must know how to generate leads and to convert them. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

REQUIREMENTS: Proven working experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive or a relevant role. Proven sales track record, Proficiency in English, Market knowledge, Must know how to write a customized proposal, Communication and negotiation skills, Ability to manage team, Time management and planning skills, Ability to achieve monthly targets
