Position: Business Development Executive
Elexes is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join the team and support the day to day business development activities. An ideal candidate is a self-starter and has the drive to study global medical device regulations. You will need a good understanding of the services we offer and how the clients benefit from our services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform new searches from different platforms to source out new medical device companies.
Identifies the right personnel to connect to from those companies.
Maintain customer service relationships with global clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for market-specific regulatory inquiries.
Recruit consultant resources for research and guidance, as necessary.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Researching the various needs of medical companies and approaching them for the potential projects.
Contacting potential clients via email to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Maintaining documents related to customer communication.
Desired skills/education
Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or MBA in International Sales & Marketing preferred.
0-1 yrs of experience, preferably freshers
Basic Knowledge in medical devices
Must have excellent command over English (oral and written)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
