Responsibilities
1. Be the service provider for the patients at the time of surgery.
2. Pitch value proposition and services to showcase doctors how they can transform their
day-to-day surgical practice
3. Build monthly sales pipeline by visiting doctors in your assigned territory
4. Provide administrative support to the Patients and the surgeons while in the Hospital
5. Build a robust pipeline of leads (Doctors) via doctors and referrals.
6. Serve as a liaison between the patient and hospital team
7. Understand Patient’s medical history and profile to understand the needs of the patient.
8. Supporting the whole surgical procedure, OPD, tests and followups with the patients
9. Maintaining and improving database of prospect clients and cases.
Requirements and Skills
1. Team Spirit and communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with their
colleagues and supervisor.
2. Should have a Graduate degree or MBA
3. Attention to detail to ensure providing accurate information to the patients.
4. Organization and time management to work on multiple projects at once
5. Hunter instinct to chase down monthly targets
6. Basic phone & email etiquette to address client queries & resolutions
7. Healthcare background
8. Flexible with work shifts.
9. Fluent in local language (Kannada in Bangalore)
