Rules and Responsibilities:
To create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in their respective area of operations.
To monitor actively the work of marketing executives deployed under your jurisdiction.
To setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.
To negotiate and close the deals along with handling complaints or objections.
To collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
To oversee sales executives schedule and plan them accordingly.
To actively help the distributor and the sales team to implement effective business mechanism.
To actively engages yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a daily/weekly basis
To actively gather feedback of every prospects and maintain lucid support by sharing with internal teams.
To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company.
Requirements:
Candidates with Bachelor degree preferred.
Must have Time Management & planning skill
Must have Market Knowledge
Must have Working Experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales executive or a relevant role
Experience in Customer Support is a plus
Ability to build rapport
