We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Mgmt. Trainees/BDE's to join our enrolment team. The Mgmt. Trainees/BDE's will be responsible for identifying and pursuing enrolment opportunities, building and maintaining parent’s relationships (Prospective and Existing) and achieving Enrolment targets.
Prospecting and Lead Generation
Identify potential parents and leads generation through market research and networking.
Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to generate new enrolment opportunities.
Sales and Revenue Growth
Manage the complete enrolment cycle, from initial contact to closing enrolment.
Meet and exceed enrolment targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
Present and demonstrate our School/Academy to potential Parents.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Sales Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Analyze data and market insights to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
