Job Description:
• Sourcing for new potential franchisees
• Focus on the sales and marketing of franchises to prospective buyers
• Developing and supervising the operations of new franchisees and the business
development of franchise.
• Providing training and information on the business policies and procedures and to
develop new franchisees for the business.
• Understanding and responding to potential franchisees.
• Interviewing and assessing franchise applicants and scheduling meeting with them.
• Arranging promotional activities to enhance sales.
• Management of the entire franchisee recruitment process from lead management to signup of a new franchise

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Charismatic, competitive and enthusiastic personality with negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office
• Tech-savvy, agile, proactive, and eager to learn attitude
• The logical, solution-oriented mindset with good analytical ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
