Business Development Executive:
Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathic business development executive
to contribute to the evolution of our company. Business development executives are
responsible for guiding new inquiries and leading them to close enrolments, encouraging
existing clients to purchase additional courses or features, and remaining abreast of changes
in consumption.
To succeed as a business development executive, you should attend networking events to
attract and retain clientele. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will
closely monitor clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed
expectations.
The role of a Business Development Executive (BDE) includes the following
responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities: A BDE must research potential clients,
identify new markets, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to spot new
opportunities for business growth.
- Developing and maintaining relationships: Building relationships with potential
clients, partners, and other stakeholders is crucial for the success of a BDE. This
involves networking, meeting people, and nurturing relationships to grow the
business.
- Generating leads: A BDE must be able to generate leads by attending trade shows
and events, organizing workshops, webinars with industry associations, and other
networks from where leads can be generated.
- Conducting market research: Understanding market trends, competitor activity, and
consumer behavior is essential to a BDE's job. They must stay up-to-date on
industry news and changes to help their company stay ahead of the competition.
- Closing enrolments: Once a BDE has identified a potential client, build a potential
relationship with such inquiry and eventually close the deal. BDE must create a win-win situation for the newly enrolled learner.
