Identify potential clients from pharmaceutical industry and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients therapy wise business needs by mapping organization goals

Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

Partner with Insignia Learning internal teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients, negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders by phone, email, and in person.

Perform market analysis and research on competition, Assist in promotional activities (., social media, direct mail, and web

Understand client requirement and prepare solutions. field visit to take doctor insights as and when required.

Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Coordinating with creative, medical and admin teams regarding all SOPs that are part of the process raising job estimate, taking brief from client, preparing briefing sheet for creative and medical teams, interacting with client and internal teams at various stages till the job is closed, follow up on outstanding.
