Responsibilities and Duties:In the role, Business Development Executive will be required to:
1. Develop and implement sales and business development plans in order to win the business of buyers/associates/clients and referrals.
2. Promote all Products and Services included in OOB Smarthome India Pvt. Ltd.
3. Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and the drive to win new quality business.
4. Be a self-starter who can efficiently manage time frames; initiate new marketing concepts and coordinate streamlined servicing arrangements.
5. Deliver sales/corporate presentations to new and key corporate clients.
6. In conjunction with Management, develop communication strategies to ensure that all Back office staffare aware of our new clients and their individual servicing arrangements
7. Develop and implement strategies to identify underserviced current and new clients, and ensure clients are serviced wherever possible across regions and disciplines.
8. Work cooperatively across the other Divisions to raise the profile of the OOB Smarthome India Pvt. Ltd. and implement successful and beneficial linkages within the region to provide clients with a ‘one-stop-smarthome-solution’ service wherever possible.
9. Ensure marketing databases for the promotion activities are maintained and assist with the organisation and operation of various promotional events.
10. Assist Management and Seniors to analyse and review the SmarthomeSolutions marketplace to determine client needs, competitive point of difference and the activities of competitors.
