Job Summary:

Understanding original scope of project and discussing project with

buyers. Providing support to the overseas buyer until final completion of the project.

Job Description:

Strong English communication skill is must to communicate in writing with the existing and new clients about their project needs.

Researching and approaching overseas client from different medium, communicate, propose.

Interpersonal skills and ability to build Relation with clients. Development of strong relationships with existing, past and new clients.

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Meet set SLAs and Maintain Excellent Customer Satisfaction Level

Parameters and not giving false information and commitment to users

Work with cross functional Teams as and when required.
