JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles and responsibilities:

1) Good Knowledge in Accounting

2) Good communication skills (English or Hindi both will work).

3) Two in one account opening (Demat & Trading).

4) Generating leads

5) Target oriented

6) Approaching target customers

7) SOURCING LEADS OR CLIENT

8) MAINTAIN LEADS OR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

9) COLD CALLING

10) MAINTAIN GOOGLE SHEET

Kindly read below the mandatory terms and conditions:

1) Account Opening Target in 2 months :

An intern needs to open of 30-35 NTB accounts in YES BANK (Self account is mandatory only for training purpose) during the internship program based on the training sessions that will be provided by us and 35 account is minimum target, internship duration is 60 days.

Candidates basis target is open five 2 in 1 account and 5k margin in anyone account then you will get Vinosha Portfolio Experience Certificate, ten account and 10k margin then you will get BL foundation Certification and 20 two in1 account with 20k margin then you get NSE or BSE Certification Subject to availability.

2) SALARY COME IN YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT BUT DEMAT ACCOUNT OPEN BY YES BANK ITS PROVIDED BY COMPANY AND ALSO ITS MANDATORY

3) COMPANY OFFICIAL TIME MONDAY TO SATURDAY AM TO AM ONLY THIS TIME PERIOD COMPANY PROVIDED TRAINING SESSION THIS SESSION ATTEND COMPULSORY

4) Performance Based Evaluation:

• The performance of an intern will be evaluated on the bases 2 in 1 accounts opened and margin by an individual.

• Excellent performing interns will also be rewarded with an opportunity of full time employment with Vinosha Portfolio Private Limited at an annual remuneration between INR to LPA.

• Interns performing below the belt (. below 30-40% performance) will only get rewarded with an internship certificate
