Job Brief

We are looking for Business Development Executives (Inside Sales) to guide students about IIDE’s Digital Marketing Courses. Candidates should have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills. They should be active listeners with a passion for education and student journeys. Must be able to guide students with various career opportunities. Work experience with EdTech’s will be an added advantage. Should be budding leaders.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Counsel students for their course enquiry

2. Mentor junior counselors

3. Counsel students and concerned parents in-person and on the phone

4. Complete daily, weekly and monthly targets

5. Calculate conversion rates

6. Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales and Reports

7. Will be given additional responsibilities as senior counsellors

Required Experience and Qualifications:

1. 0-2 years of experience

2. Fluent Written & Spoken English Language Skills

3. Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills

4. Interest in Sales and Counseling

5. Knowledge of CRM and EdTech Work Experience

6. Multi-tasker

Expected deliverables/KPIs :

1. Weekly revenue targets to be met consistently as per the batch requirements

2. 2-3 hours of talk time per day on average.
