Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is eager to kickstart their career and contribute to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of business development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and email outreach.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Participate in meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.
Soft Skills Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a relevant educational background.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
