Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will work closely with our sales team to support various aspects of the business development process and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities through market research and lead generation activities.
Conduct cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
Participate in sales meetings and presentations to gain insight into the sales process and client engagement strategies.
Help maintain and update CRM databases with accurate and up-to-date client information and activity logs.
Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations for client meetings and pitches.
Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns and promotions to drive revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
Support the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the sales manager or senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in sales and business development.
