Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintaining relationship with upcoming and existing clients via emails or telephone calls.

Guiding clients a better and more appropriate way about immigration process & overseas opportunities.

Identify and resolve client concerns.

Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed targets.

Providing proper counsel to walk-ins regarding the whole process.

Timely response to incoming calls/mails and taking proper follow up.

Interviewing clients to gain their history and providing them hassle-free immigration services.

Maintaining the proper client data on day to day basis.

Attending official meetings and sharing your best prospective with team members.
