We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as online platforms, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition:
Reach out to prospective clients, understand their business needs, and present tailored IT solutions.
Develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals to clients.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Provide insights into new markets, client needs, and innovative strategies.
Relationship Management:
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and queries.
Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Reporting:
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, software development, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
