* Leverage technology to streamline customer service processes and improve the customer experience.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
* Continuously monitor and improve performance metrics for client accounts, ensuring quality standards are met.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer support, sales, or outsourcing (preferred).
Knowledge of business process outsourcing and/or co-outsourcing is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
