Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development executive to drive inside sales initiatives for our IT services.
The BDE/BDM will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth targets for IT services and Staff Augmentation.
2. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
3. Qualify leads and conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points.
4. Present and demonstrate our capabilities to clients, showcasing the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
5. Work with Onsite directors and setup and meeting with client managers
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing excellent customer service.
