Job Description

Hiring: Business Development Executive (Female Only - Work from Home)

Company: Vrushank Tech Solution

Industry: Staffing/Recruitment

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: ₹7,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Generate leads for our staffing agency

Perform cold calling and email campaigns

Follow up with clients and handle agreements

Maintain regular communication and build relationships

Report progress and update daily/weekly

Requirements:

Laptop and internet connection required

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated

Prior experience in business development or staffing is a plus
