Responsibilities:

 Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Development

 Cultivate and expand the entrepreneurial network within the assigned region.

 Identify, evaluate, and engage potential partners, incubators, and accelerators.

 Recruitment and Training

 Source, recruit, and on board entrepreneurial talents with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

 Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of entrepreneurs.

Strategic Planning: -

 Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support entrepreneurship in alignment with organizational goals.

 Analyse market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.

Relationship Management: -

 Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, and industry influencers.

 Provide ongoing support and guidance to entrepreneurs in their business development journey.

Monitoring: -

 Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for entrepreneurial initiatives and monitor progress.

 Conduct regular assessments to ensure the success of the entrepreneurial projects.
