Responsibilities:

Conduct DATA calls to prospective students and their parents to provide information about our educational programs and services.

Engage with potential leads, answer their queries, and guide them through the admission process.

Follow up with leads via phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with leads in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets and achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

Prior experience in tele calling, preferably in the education sector, is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students and their parents.

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proximity to Pitampura, Delhi, is preferred for easy commute to the office.
