We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new leads, building relationships, and securing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
Sales & Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to expand our customer base.
Client Interaction: Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Market Research: Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead conversion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
