Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the APAC/UK/US/Dubai and Middle East region.
- Create and maintain a database of leads, including contact information and specific details about their roofing needs.
- Use various lead generation techniques such as online research, cold calling, and networking to gather potential leads.
- Qualify and close leads by assessing their requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Develop and maintain a follow-up strategy to nurture leads over time.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.
- Track and report lead generation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of the Lead Generation and IT industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT sector.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adept at conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Sales and negotiation skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media for lead generation is beneficial.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Any Graduate-
- 1-4 years of experience.

- Proven experience as a tele-caller, telemarketer, or in a similar outbound sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
