1. Must have good knowledge on Export and Import procedures
2. Must have good knowledge on Export and Import documentations,
CHA process and Freight Forwarding domains
3. Contact overseas buyers and finalise the product specifications and
price negotiation and get Purchase order
4. Source the correct product from manufacturers and producers as per the
agreed specifications
5. Meet export packaging requirements and get the products moved to CFS
and complete the customs formalities
6. Coordinate for payments including bank formalities and dispatch the
documents to Buyer.
7. Keep good relationship with existing buyers and fulfil all their product
needs as per requirements
8. Gook knowledge on digital marketing channels, lead generations and
follow the different stages to complete the sales successfully.
9. Good knowledge on Promotion councils and Government bodies for
coordination is must
10. Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory. Hindi
speaking ability is added advantage
11. Experience in using ERP and following the established process is
important.
12. Must be willing to travel across the world as per necessary.
