Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including

online research, networking events, and industry publications.

Collaborate with the team to build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Client Engagement:

Support the development and execution of outreach strategies to engage with potential

clients.

Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to showcase our staffing services and

value proposition.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Work closely with the HR team to understand client requirements and expectations.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.

Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other relevant documentation.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales

activities.

Utilize CRM tools to track and manage client information.

Training and Development:

Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of the staffing industry and

business development strategies.

Stay informed about market trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
