Planning: Planning and implementing new target market initiatives, and planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Developing: Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients, and marketing and sales strategies
Pursuing: Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Training: Training business development staff
Delegating: Delegating sales and marketing tasks among team members
Comparing: Comparing current sales numbers to desired quotas
Meeting: Meeting with upper management to discuss progress
Contacting: Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
