Position Details:
Role: Business Development Executive (Sales and Marketing)
Work from Home
Probation Period: 3 months (Performance-based pay during this period) with stipend up to 12,000/-
Post Probation: Full-time employment with a salary ranging from LPA to LPA
Working Hours: 11:30 am - 8:00 pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
*Recruitment and Training of Interns from Universities across the country.
*Partnering with Universities/Colleges and Schools to drive ULearn programs.
*Following up on leads generated from Marketing.
*Conducting Market Research.
*Leading Expansions in New Markets.
*Other job roles as per the requirement of the company.
