�� Promote and sell Hypex's Surgical Products to healthcare professionals, including
doctors, surgeons, pharmacists, and chemists, within the assigned territory.
�� Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and
objectives set by the company.
�� Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
through regular visits, product demonstrations, and effective communication.
�� Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and
networking within the healthcare industry.
�� Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals to ensure
proper understanding and usage of Hypex's Surgical Products.
�� Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activities, and customer
insights to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
�� Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses to the
RM and senior management.
�� Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and
product development, to address customer needs and enhance the overall
customer experience.
