Role & Responsibilities: - End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM.
-Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
-Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures.
-Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
-Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need.
-Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
-Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
-Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Skills Required:
* Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
*Proficient in Hindi English and local language.
*Fast learner and passion for sales.
*Excellent in Customer relationship Management, Sales , networking & strong Negotiations Skills.
*Self-motivated with a results-driven approach & Energy, aggression, enthusiasm with high Confidence.
Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
-A graduate/HSC from any discipline is preferred.
-1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
-Freshers also welcome.
