job Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.

5. Negotiate and close sales agreements, contracts, and partnerships in line with company objectives and policies.

6. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

7. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products/services.

8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.

10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish a strong presence in the market.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
