Job Description

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth.

Research and reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calling, email, and social media.

Qualify leads and manage a pipeline to track potential clients.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

3. Strategic Planning and Sales Strategy

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.

Work with marketing and other internal teams to align on campaign goals and outreach efforts.

Forecast sales, set performance goals, and track key metrics (., customer acquisition cost, sales targets).

4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and potential threats.

Provide insights on industry trends and recommend new products or services based on customer needs.

5. Presentations and Pitches

Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Tailor pitches to address specific client pain points, demonstrating how the company's products or services provide value.

6. Reporting and Analysis

Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and market data.

Provide insights and feedback to the product development and management teams based on client feedback and market trends.

7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance the client experience.

Provide input to help develop marketing materials, product features, and customer support strategies.
