Job Description

Job Overview:

The Business Development Executive (Franchise Sales) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential franchisees. This role involves nurturing relationships with prospective franchise partners, providing information about franchise opportunities, conducting meetings, and managing the sales process through to the successful signing of franchise agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and target potential franchisees through various channels (online platforms, trade shows, referrals, networking events, etc.).

Qualify and assess leads for financial stability, entrepreneurial skills, and alignment with the brand��s values and objectives.

Franchise Sales Process:

Conduct initial inquiries, franchise presentations, and follow-up meetings to educate prospects on the franchise business model.

Provide clear and detailed information on franchise opportunities, benefits, and financial requirements.

Guide prospects through the application process, including submitting necessary documents and meeting legal and financial criteria.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current franchisees.

Act as the primary point of contact for all franchise inquiries and support through the sales cycle.

Communicate clearly with prospects, providing them with timely updates on the status of their application and addressing any concerns.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate terms and conditions of the franchise agreement in alignment with company policies and strategic goals.

Drive the closing process by ensuring that all paperwork and legalities are completed efficiently.

Market Research & Strategy:

Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and potential franchise growth areas.

Collaborate with the franchise marketing team to develop and refine lead generation campaigns.
