Job Description

Business Development Executive – IT

Location: Kozhikode

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

* Market Research:

Analyze market trends and identify potential clients in need of IT services and solutions.

Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor strategies.

* Lead Generation:

Develop and implement strategies for lead generation through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Qualify leads and arrange meetings with prospective clients.

* Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT needs and business challenges.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.

* Proposal and Presentation Development:

Prepare and present customized proposals that align with client needs, highlighting the value of our IT solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals are accurate and feasible.

* Sales Strategy Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.

Track sales performance metrics and report progress to management.

* Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with marketing, project management, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Share feedback from clients with internal teams to improve service offerings.

* Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall business development strategy.

Stay informed about emerging technologies and IT solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

*1-2 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT sector.

* Strong understanding of IT services, software development, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
