Job Description:

KRA Identifying opportunities: Researching markets and trends to find opportunities for the company's

growth

Developing strategies: Creating actionable plans to achieve business goals and capitalize on

opportunities Building relationships: Contacting potential clients and nurturing existing customer relationships Promoting products: Representing the company at events and conferences, and negotiating with

clients to get them the best deals Managing resources: Allocating and managing the company's resources, and tracking business

performance Leading the team: Collaborating with leadership to align business goals with market dynamics, and

leading the team to achieve sales targets Supporting marketing: Helping plan and oversee marketing and advertising initiatives

Personal Skills: Always on toes for accepting challenges Assertive to all the assigned targets Team player & self-motivated Smooth talker to close on a client Who believes idle time is waste of time and that waste of every penny

Education Required:

Bachelors Degree is a must!
